Warranty and Servicing

We offer a 1-year return-to-base warranty on components of the watch that we have added or modified such as hands, bezels and casebacks.

We offer a 2-year warranty on faults found with movements. These warranties are subject to normal and acceptable wear and usage. This will be determined by our watchmaker on return and a report sent to you, before we proceed to exercise any aspect of our warranty.

The watches used for our customization projects are new, original unworn examples. The original manufacturers’ box, manual and certificate will always be made available to you after purchase along with the HTW ephemera.

Your watch will be thoroughly inspected before shipping to pass our QA checks.

Your watch will be time and pressure-tested prior to shipping to ensure that they meet the original brand manufacturers’ stated standards.

You have 48-hours from receipt of your watch, to inspect it and if you find fualt with it within this time frame, notify us via eamil that you wish to return it and exercrise your right to a refund.
