Q: How long will it take to get my watch?
A: All watches are customized to order with typical delivery times of 12-18 weeks. But delivery times can be extended dependong on the availability of the base watches.

Q: Can I specify a further or alternative type of customization?
A: Yes, personalized watches our our speciality, although our limited edition watches have a more restricted list of options available. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Q: Will my watch have the original box and paperwork
A: Yes, all base watches are bought new from authorized dealers and will be delivered with both the HTW box and paperwork as well as the original manufacturers’ box and paperwork.

Q: Is the original manufacturers’ warranty still valid?
A: No, it is not valid but we offer a 1 year return to base warranty on faulty components and a 2 year warranty on faulty movements. Please see our full warranty policy here.

Q: What if I want to revert my watch back to its original specification, is that possible?
A: Yes, at an extra cost, we can replace the original parts, but in some cases where components have been coated with DLC for example this is not reversible.

Q: How long before I need to get my watch serviced?
A: We recommend a full service every 3-4 years depending on the type of use the watch sees. More frequently than this if it has been exposed to very high or very low temperatures and / or if it has been submersed in water very often.

Q: How can I pay for my watch?
A: We accept bank wire, credit and debit cards (subject to a 1%-2% fee) cash with a passport ID and Paypal (4% fee) only at this time. A 60% non-refundable deposit is required when you place an order. The balance remaining must be paid on completion of your watch but prior to shipping. We accept £GBP, $US Dollars and €Euros.

Q: Will you accept another watch as part exchange?
A: As we are also vintage watch specialists, we really prefer to take vintage watches in exchange but we are open to discussion, so please contact us directly.
